UK Orders

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted, via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard.  Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during our busiest periods and that deliveries to remote areas may take an additional couple of days.

Royal Mail delivery prices vary and are calculated at checkout based on the product purchased and the delivery service chosen.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery applies for all UK orders placed over £25.00.

International Orders

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted, via the Royal Mail International Tracked service, wherever possible.  This service is dependent on your location, delivery times may vary, and costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duty

All orders are shipped from our UK office and may incur additional charges and duty, depending on the country the goods are entering.  Any tax, duty, clearance, or additional fees incurred with international delivery must be settled by the recipient and we do not accept liability for these costs.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are aware of any such fees, prior to placing an order.
