Christmas Delivery Dates

To ensure that your order is delivered on time this Christmas, make sure you order before 11am GMT on the following dates:

Tracked 48 (Free Delivery) – Thursday 19th December

Tracked 24 – Friday 20th December

Special Delivery – Monday 23rd December

UK Orders

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after your order has been accepted, via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service as standard.  Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during our busiest periods and that deliveries to remote areas may take an additional couple of days.

Royal Mail delivery prices vary and are calculated at checkout based on the product purchased and the delivery service chosen.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery applies for all UK orders placed over £25.00.

International Orders

Unfortunately we cannot accept international orders at this time. Our products can also be found on eBay, Etsy and Not On The High Street, and these companies are able to ship internationally.

BYO STEMgineers Summer Challenge Terms and Conditions

Build Your Own’s STEMgineer Summer Challenges are open to UK residents only. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter or take part.

Closing dates for the challenges will be detailed each week on Facebook and Instagram. After this date, no further entries will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The weekly prize is as follows: 1 x Build Your Own personalised cardboard trophy, and a £5 voucher to spend on www.buildyourownkits.com The weekly prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Summer Challenge winners will be selected each week by the Build Your Own team from all entries received. Challenge winners will be announced the following Wednesday on Instagram and Facebook, along with an image of their entry.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
